     Fees:  Tax Rate 9%

· Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit - Balance due 30 days prior to check-in.

· Cancellation penalty: More than 30 days no penalty. Up to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total rental fee. 15-30 days prior to arrival - 75% of total rental fee. Less than 15 days - 100%. We accept credit cards (add 3% transaction fee).

Ground floor one bedroom apartment fully equipped. The bedroom comes with a double bed and the living room come with a double futon sofa. Direct access to the common areas including BBQ.

      Cleaning:     $60.00

· Rates are based on normal check in after 3:00pm and normal check out by 11:00am. Maximum accommodation for 4 persons. Additional guests  will be charged a $30.00/night charge.

       Damage deposit:     $500.00
